Billing Settings
Instructions:
From the “Billing” screen, you can manage your subscription to meet your business needs.
- Update Employee Count:
- Use the “Employee Count” slider or the “Exact Number” dropdown to change the number of employees.
- Click the “Update Employee Count” button.
- You will be prompted to confirm any changes, displaying the updated plan details, including payment amounts and dates.
- Refer to the clarifying text below the button for additional information.
- Update Payment Method:
- Click the “Update Payment” button to be directed to a Stripe screen where you can enter new card information.
- The new card will become your default payment method.
- Cancel Subscription:
- Click the “Cancel Subscription” button to be directed to a Stripe screen where your terms of service will be clarified.
- Note: Canceling your subscription stops the auto-renewal process. For refunds, contact our customer service team.
- Renew Subscription:
- If you cancel and wish to renew before your original subscription expires, revisit the Billing page and click the “Renew Subscription” button.
- Follow the prompts to renew without being charged immediately, as long as your subscription is still within its original agreement dates.
- If renewing after the initial subscription has expired, sign up for a new subscription from the Billing page with your existing account.
- Change Subscription Type:
- Navigate to the Billing page.
- Click the “Change Subscription” button.
- Select the desired plan. Either upgrade to TRS Express Premium to add payroll integration or downgrade to TRS Express if payroll is no longer required.
- Upgrading Plans: If upgrading, you will proceed to checkout and be charged immediately for the updated plan.
- Downgrading Plans: If downgrading, the changes will take effect at the time of your next renewal date.
