Having trouble logging into TRS Express? We recommend these steps to regain access to your account.
- Double-Check Your Login Credentials
- Verify that you are using the correct email address associated with your TRS Express account.
- Ensure your password is entered accurately, paying close attention to capitalization and special characters.
Tip: If you’re confident your credentials are correct but still can’t log in, ensure cookies are enabled for app.trsexpress.com in your browser settings.
- Reset Your Password
If you’re unable to log in after confirming your credentials and enabling cookies:
- On the login screen, click “Forgot Password”.
- Enter the email address linked to your TRS Express account.
- Check your inbox for the password reset email and follow the instructions.
- Link Expiry: The password reset link is valid for 15 minutes. If it expires, you’ll need to request a new one.
Important Notes:
- Not Receiving the Password Reset Email?
- Check Spam/Junk Folder: If you don’t see the reset email, check your spam or junk folder.
- Email Firewall: If your organization or email provider is using an email firewall, you may have to check your email quarantine and allow emails from app.trsexpress.com. Your provider or organization may be able to whitelist app.trsexpress.com in their email firewall settings.
If you’ve checked spam, ensured cookies are enabled, and verified that app.trsexpress.com is whitelisted, please contact our support team for further assistance at support@trsexpress.com. Ensure that you Include the email address associated with your account and details of the issue for faster resolution.
