Profile Page Settings
The Profile page in TRS Express allows you to manage your account settings, update organization details, connect to your payroll provider, and monitor active sessions.
Updating Your Organization Information
- Navigate to the Profile page.
- Locate the Your Organization section.
- Edit the Organization Name field if needed.
- Click Update Organization to save changes.
Connecting to Your Payroll Provider
You can connect or reconnect your payroll provider through the Your Payroll System section. This allows you to sync payroll data for generating Total Rewards Statements.
- In the Profile page, locate the Your Payroll System section.
- Click Connect and follow the prompts to log into your payroll provider.
- If already connected, you can check the integration status or disconnect if needed.

Changing Your Password
To update your password:
- Navigate to the Profile page.
- In the Change Password section, enter your Current Password.
- Enter your New Password and confirm it.
- Click Change Password to save updates.
- If you forgot your password, click Reset to receive a password reset link via email.
Viewing and Managing Active Sessions
The Your Sessions section lets you monitor and manage login activity across different devices.
- View recent login activity, including browser type, device, and last active time.
- Click View next to a session to see more details.
- To sign out of all active sessions, click Sign Out of All.
Managing your profile settings ensures your information remains accurate and secure while keeping payroll data in sync for Total Rewards Statements.
