Opening Letter
Instructions:
- Start Your Letter:
- Choose from a list of greetings (e.g., “Dear <first_name>”) to start your letter. The system will auto-fill your employee’s names from your data sheet.
- You can also manually include a signature in the “Write” dialogue if desired.
- Compose Your Letter:
- Click the “Write” button to open the dialogue box and start typing your letter.
- Use the available formatting options in the pop-up to bold, italicize, align text, and more.
- When you’re finished typing, click “Done” to add your letter to the PDF page.
- Edit Your Letter:
- To make changes, click the “Write” button again at any time to edit what you have written.

Please return to TRS Express and submit detailed feedback using the orange "Feedback" button found on the center right hand side of the screen.
