Opening Letter


Instructions:

  1. Start Your Letter:
    • Choose from a list of greetings (e.g., “Dear <first_name>”) to start your letter. The system will auto-fill your employee’s names from your data sheet.
    • You can also manually include a signature in the “Write” dialogue if desired.
  2. Compose Your Letter:
    • Click the “Write” button to open the dialogue box and start typing your letter.
    • Use the available formatting options in the pop-up to bold, italicize, align text, and more.
    • When you’re finished typing, click “Done” to add your letter to the PDF page.
  3. Edit Your Letter:
    • To make changes, click the “Write” button again at any time to edit what you have written.
