Projects Page
Instructions:
From the Projects page, you can manage existing projects, export PDFs, or create a new project.
- Project Cards:
- Display current information such as project name, status, and last edited time.
- Project statuses and their explanations are listed below.
- Export History:
- Access any PDFs generated from your projects directly from this list.
- Usage Capacity Gauge:
- Located at the top of the page next to the Filters widget.
- Shows how close you are to reaching your limit of unique employees when generating PDFs.
- Click the “Update” button to adjust your payment plan.
- Filters Widget:
- Sort your projects by the statuses listed below.
Project Statuses:
- Draft:
- Projects not yet exported to PDFs.
- Similar to an unsent email, you can continue editing and save progress until ready for export.
- Preparing:
- Projects currently generating PDFs.
- This status is temporary and will change once the PDFs are generated.
- Prepared:
- Projects with successfully generated PDFs.
- You can access your PDFs from a notification, your email, or the Export History list.
- Failed:
- Projects that encountered errors during PDF export.
- You will be notified of failures, and the project status will change to “Failed.”
- Opening a “Failed” project will allow you to retry PDF generation. Contact us if issues persist.
- Archived:
- Projects hidden from the default Projects page view.
- Archiving helps clear space but does not delete the project permanently.
- To archive, use the 3-dot menu on the Project Card. To restore, please contact us.

Please return to TRS Express and submit detailed feedback using the orange "Feedback" button found on the center right hand side of the screen.

Note the button to select a specific element of the app page for which feedback is being provided. Including this in a detailed feedback submission will help us address the issue sooner. Please include your email address so we can verify you as a client and escalate any immediate issues.
