TRS Express Version 1.0 is here!

We’re excited to announce that TRS Express has launched on Sept 24th, 2024. This marks a significant milestone for us, and we are excited to share our solution with HR professionals and businesses of all sizes. Here’s what you can expect:

Key Features

Customizable Templates

• Choose from pre-built templates featuring tables and graphs and customize with your logo and brand colors.
• Customize each section to display different forms of compensation, such as employer vs. employee contributions, and add footnotes for clarity on benefits and perks. 
• Choose whether or not individual line items should be included in the total compensation figures, display as currency or numbers, or if they should be hidden if blank or zero.

Additional Pages

• Choose to add a Cover Letter to personalize your Total Rewards Statement. Choose from multiple personalized greeting options and use the content editor to add text and images.
• You can also add an extra page for additional information with any text or images that you want to include.
• Optionally, include an address page for mailing in #10 Window Envelope format (print and mailing service not provided).

 

Data Upload Options

• You can either download our Smart Spreadsheet or integrate directly with your payroll system to map your data to the fields in your Total Rewards Statement.
• Our Smart Spreadsheet will come with sheets and column headers that match the table names and line item labels that you entered in your project. Add your data and upload the Smart Spreadsheet to generate your Total Rewards Statements. 
• If you’re connecting directly to your payroll provider, after you customize your template the system will guide you through mapping the fields from your provider to the line items for each table.

 

Bulk PDF Export

• Once you’ve uploaded or mapped your payroll data, you’ll be able to batch generate your Total Rewards Statements
• You can choose to generate a combined PDF if you want to review the all of your statements at the same time, or generate each statement as an individual file if you’re ready to distribute
• Choose from multiple file naming conventions for easy organization
