Supplemental Data Upload Tool

We’ve added the ability to combine payroll system data with data from external systems.

This enhancement allows users to add supplemental compensation and benefits data that may not be included in the payroll system integration. With this feature, HR teams gain greater flexibility in ensuring Total Rewards Statements reflect the full value of an employee’s compensation package.

Using the Supplemental Data Upload tool, users can now:

• Upload additional compensation and benefits data not available through their payroll provider integration.
• Manually map custom fields by selecting “Upload My Own Data” during the data mapping process.
• Download a pre-populated spreadsheet template containing employee payroll system IDs, names, and work emails for easier data entry.
• Import and merge the supplemental data back into TRS Express for a more comprehensive Total Rewards Statement.
