Map Payroll Data
Instructions:
This multi-step process will enable TRS Express to automatically generate all your Total Rewards Statements, saving you valuable time.
- Connect to HRIS or Payroll Provider:
- Start by connecting to your HRIS or Payroll provider.
- Scan for Field Names:
- TRS Express will scan your provider to identify field names in your data.
- Data Mapping:
- Use the Data Mapping dialogue to choose which provider fields will be used in your TRS template.
- Note: If you want a value to display as zero (0), simply do not select a data source for that field.
- The Data Mapping dialogue allows you to map groups of fields based on your template, such as Compensation, PTO, and Benefits.
- Template Customization:
- After mapping your data, you will return to the template editor.
- Make any additional changes or customizations as needed.
