Individual Statement Form Entry
The Form Entry feature allows you to generate individual Total Rewards Statements by manually entering compensation, benefits, retirement and other data into a web form. This option is ideal for creating one-off statements for employees or candidates without needing to upload a spreadsheet or connect to a payroll system.
This feature is useful for:
- Creating statements for new hires or candidates to showcase salary, benefits, and incentives.
- Generating one-off statements for employees without needing full payroll integration.
- Making quick updates to a single statement without modifying bulk data
How to Use Form Entry
- Customize a Statement Template
- Navigate to your Project Template and proceed through customization.
- When you reach the Link Data Source popup, choose Form Entry as your data source.
- Enter Employee Details
- Fill out the required fields, including compensation, benefits, retirement, and other information.
- This data is manually entered, so ensure accuracy before submission.
- Generate and Export the Statement
- Once all data is entered, preview the statement to confirm accuracy.
- Click Go! to generate a PDF Total Rewards Statement.
Additional Notes
- This feature appears alongside other Data Source options, giving flexibility in how statements are created.
- Data entered via Form Entry is not stored; it is only used to generate the statement at that moment.
- For bulk statement creation, consider using Payroll Integration or Spreadsheet Upload.
